3-30-21 update
Just wanted to say Marley is doing AMAZING! It seems like she's already doubled in size and LOVES to play!! The first thing the kiddos do in the morning is go say hi to "marwey "...it's so cute. When she's not playing she likes to take naps on the cold kitchen floor. And she's soo smart; already knows her name, is 95% potty trained and we're working on some basic commands too.
I'll check back in a few weeks to let y'all know how Marley is growing!! Have a blessed week!

4-6-21 update
Hello from Rob, Sophia, and Lumi!
Lumi warmed up very quickly to life in Norfolk! She was a little nervous the first day or so but was soon out of her shell. She’s growing very quickly, loves to play, and can’t resist soaking herself in her water bowl. She’s quickly working on mastering house training and has already learned sit, shake, lie down, and come. She’s an angel and everything we could’ve asked for, we’re so happy to have her in our family. We’re writing to you from New Hampshire now where she is meeting her grandparents and loving roaming around in the woods! Thank you so much again, we’ll be sure to keep sending you updates!

Bear Update 3/31,
Bear has been adjusting very well here at home, he loves to play with the kids and his toys. He has come out of his shell for sure have a few days of discovery. His first Vet visit went well, clocked in at 21.6 lbs. and took his shots like a champ (all the technicians loved him). He has been doing well with his potty training having less accidents not only during the day but at night as well. We are excited to watch this 'little' guy grow and the fun we will have with him. January 2023 update:
Oggie has a really laid back temperament and gets along well with all dogs, humans and kids. He's such a great dog. He is famous in our small town and always draws a crowd at the soccer games. Now that he is turning 2, we are interested in adding another Newfie to the mix.

We took Buck and Louise to the sound for a swim. They had a blast! Buck is so strong and loves the water. Louise was more cautious but you can see in the video, she charged it.

9-25-21 Update
All is well! Buck is 8 months old today. He’s up to 142lbs, happy and healthy. He walks with us at 6am and 6pm, great on a leash and when meeting people and other dogs. He’s sweet, eager to please and loving. Also big and goofy, charming, adorable and handsome.

Still a gentle giant. I thought y’all would like to know he has met his father (Luke’s) size and was 165lb at the vet Saturday.

8-14-21 update
Here are some (kinda) 6 month pics of our sweet pup. Arlo is so calm and gentle, especially considering he is still just a puppy. He just weighed in at 102lbs! He is really like a brother to our three year old son- we call them Mowgli and Baloo! He has been easy to train too! We laugh how he just rotates between the three floor air vents in our living room😂 Luke and I are so glad we have a Newfie- he’s the perfect fit for our family!

This big boy was 35 lbs at the vet today! The entire clinic loves him. He is doing great on not having accidents, crate training, and can sit, shake, and lie down. He definitely loves a good tummy rub. Our vet (and friend) says he’s doing awesome.

We love our Newfie so much! His next vet appointment is a couple weeks away so I’ll let you know what he checks in at- he’s gonna be a big boy! But a complete sweetheart too. Arlo and our 3 year old, Grant, are about on the same page for maturity and mischief.
